If you booked via a partner hotel or scanned a QR code at your hotel, your pickup location is already pre-selected for maximum convenience.

If you booked directly through our website, simply choose one of our partner hotel pickup locations across Amsterdam. These hotels are centrally located and easily accessible.

At your scheduled departure time (09:00, 11:00, 13:00, or 15:00), your driver will pick you up in a premium electric Mercedes vehicle.

Depending on group size, you will travel in either:

• Mercedes EQS – luxury electric sedan

• Mercedes EQV – luxury electric van

Both vehicles offer quiet, smooth, and spacious transport, providing a relaxed alternative to crowded tour buses.

Upon arrival, you will enjoy a professional guided tour lasting approximately one hour. Your guide will introduce you to the history, culture, and highlights of the destination.

After the guided portion, you will have time to explore independently, take photos, visit shops, or enjoy the scenery at your own pace.

After your visit, you will be picked up again and can choose where you would like to be dropped off:

• Return to your original hotel pickup location

• Drop-off in Amsterdam city center to continue exploring

• Drop-off at a canal cruise departure point
